RETURN POLICY

All items are sold “as is” and are not returnable. We sell vintage and antique items. Our items can have signs of wear and age-related use. We do not consider that to be damage. We will note any damage, dings, cracks, chips in our listings. Please see our original photographs and use them as an extension of our written description. CONSIGNMENT TERMS

• All submissions must be made through the form. Rose Treasure Troves reserves the right to accept or reject submissions.
• The base commission rate for Rose Treasure Troves consignment items is 40% with a minimum $10 per item. The minimum $10 per item commission applies to each item that does not sell. All miscellaneous box lots also carry a $10 commission.
• Items accepted will be listed for 60 days.
• Storage-Any unsold items must be picked up 14 days after the contract expires. Any item not collected after 14 days will be considered abandoned and sold to recoup all storage and handling costs.
